Since the People's Republic of China and the Republic of South Sudan has established diplomatic relations on July 9, 2011, according to the agreement on mutual exemption of visa signed between China and Sudan, which was recognized by the Republic of South Sudan and the People's Republic of China, the South Sudanese holders of Diplomatic and Special Passports can enter China without visa thereof.
